• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Service.
• No person under 13 years of age may use Our services.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms.

2. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee uptime and are not liable for any interruption, downtime, or unavailability of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or compensation.

5. Prohibited Commercial Use

• Using WabbitBot or any part of the WabbitBot ecosystem for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from TeamWabbit. This includes, but is not limited to, operating a server or service where WabbitBot's features are monetized, resold, or used to generate revenue of any kind.
• Accepting real-world payment (including cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other form of real monetary value) in exchange for virtual items, currency, or any bot-related functionality is expressly forbidden without explicit written consent from TeamWabbit.
• Facilitating, advertising, or enabling real-money transactions involving WabbitBot's virtual economy in any form is a violation of these Terms, regardless of whether WabbitBot itself is directly involved in the transaction, unless explicit written consent has been granted by TeamWabbit.
• Violations of this section will result in a permanent ban from all WabbitBot services, with no possibility of appeal. We reserve the right to take this action immediately and without prior warning upon discovery of a violation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. This section governs the Terms themselves; it does not limit any data protection rights available to you under GDPR as described in Our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Service

• We reserve the right to limit or terminate access to Our services for any user at Our sole discretion.
• Access to certain features or content may require additional permissions or roles on Discord servers.
